We are committed to making a positive difference to society
Through volunteering and charitable donations, we develop partnerships with national and local charities to support local communities. In 2020/21, we donated over £249,000 to charitable causes through match funding donations raised by our people, and we encourage all of our employees to support the causes most important to them through a paid volunteer day each year.
We’re also playing an active role in empowering the talent of tomorrow by establishing connections between education and the world of work. Through our Gamechangers Apprenticeship scheme we’re unlocking hidden pathways for students from diverse backgrounds to pursue careers in financial services.

Charity and Volunteeting
We have developed a comprehensive Group Charity Support Scheme, forming partnerships with several national organisations that are addressing sustainability related issues. We also support smaller, charitable organisations in the regions where we have offices to support local communities and last year donated over £249,000 to different causes.
